1. Trial Lesson

All new students are offered a trial lesson. After the lesson, you can decide whether you would like to continue with a lesson package. If you choose not to continue, you only pay for the trial lesson at the current rate.

2. Lesson Packages and Structure

Lessons are individual and take place at the student’s home in piano, singing, violin, or guitar.

Lesson duration: 60 minutes.
Lesson packages are available as 6 or 12 lessons.
The term is divided into two periods (Autumn A and Autumn B). You can choose a full term (12 lessons) or half term (6 lessons).
Lessons are scheduled in consultation between the student and teacher within the relevant period.
3. Cancellations and Absences

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson. Late cancellations are counted as a completed lesson.

If the teacher is ill, a new lesson time, substitute teacher, or refund for the affected lesson will be offered.

4. Payment and Validity

Lesson packages are invoiced in advance, either monthly or per term.

A package must be used within the term/period for which it was purchased. Unused lessons cannot be carried over to the following term unless otherwise agreed.

5. Personal Data and Data Protection (GDPR)

To manage lessons, invoicing, and administration, we store your name, address, telephone number, email address, and, when applicable, the child’s name.

Your information is used for communication regarding lessons and for reminders about purchasing new packages.

Your information is stored for as long as you are an active student. If you stop taking lessons, contact information is stored for a maximum of 12 months for reminders, unless you request earlier deletion.

By checking “I accept the terms and conditions” in the registration form, you consent to our processing of personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and checking the box “I accept the terms and conditions,” you accept these terms.
